Assembly Instructions

Frameless RTA cabinet assembly will be a snap with this patented interlocking joint system. With a screw gun, dead blow mallet, and a little patience… your cabinets will go together with ease!

Step 1.

Lay one Cabinet Side on a flat, level surface. Check that all female Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners are level and centered within their slots. (NOTE: If the cabinet will have drawers, install the drawer glides before proceeding.)

Step 2

Insert the male Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners into the slots for the Cabinet Bottom. Align the fasteners and snap the Bottom into the Cabinet Side. Check for flush, and use a dead blow hammer for adjustments, if needed.

Step 3

Insert the male Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners into the slots for the cabinet Top Front Rail. Align the fastener and snap the Top Front Rail into the Cabinet Side. Check for flush.

Insert the male Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners into the slots for the cabinet Top Back Rail. Align the fastener and snap the Top Back Rail into the Cabinet Side. Check for flush.

Step 5

Insert the male Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners into the slots for the cabinet Mid Rail. Align the fastener and snap the Mid Rail into the Cabinet Side. Check for flush.

Step 6

Place the rabbeted Cabinet Back into the groove cut into the Cabinet Side. The flat face (opposite the rabbeted face) should face the interior of the cabinet, leaving a 10mm or 3/8″ back scribe behind the Back.

Step 7

Set your other Cabinet Side on top of the cabinet, and align all of the Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners. Snap into place. Check for flush.

Step 8

Fasten the cabinet together with #8 x1¾ 4×45/26mm Screw with Countersunk Head. Follow the pilot holes around the top and bottom of the cabinet sides AND Cabinet Back.

Step 9

Flip the cabinet on its head and place leg sockets into the deep 15mm pilot holes. Socket tabs must be facing outward to overlap the sides of the cabinet for added support.

Step 10

Drive center dowel into cabinet with a rubber mallet or deadblow hammer.

Step 11

With a dead blow hammer, pound the leg levelers into each socket. Twist the round feet to adjust leg height as needed.
