Tools and Materials Needed
Dead Blow Hammer, Impact Driver, Camar Leveling Legs, Camar 15mm Leg Sockets, Blum Cliptop Mounting Plates, Blum Cliptop 110 Degree Hinges with Blumotion
Screws Needed
8 x 1 ¾ (4×45 / 26mm) Screw with Countersunk Head (Used for Cabinet Box Assembly), #8 x 1 ⅛ Modified Washer Head Screw (Used for mounting drawer fronts)
Box Part 1
- Lay the end panel on a level surface
- TIP: check that all female Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners are level and centered within their slots
- Insert the male Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners into the slots
- Snap into place
- Check for flush on the front face
Box Part 2
- Place the back panel into the groove
- Keep the rabbeted edge facing out
- Set the other side panel on top
- TIP: check that all female Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners are level and centered within their slots
- Line up all Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners
- Snap into place
- Check for flush on the front face
Screwing the box together
- Fasten the cabinet together with #8 x1¾ 4×45/26mm Screw with Countersunk Head
- Follow the pilot holes around each side panel
- Flip the cabinet over to the opposite side panel
- Fasten the cabinet together with #8 x1¾ 4×45/26mm Screw with Countersunk Head
- Follow the pilot holes around each side panel
Legs
- Flip the cabinet onto its head
- Place leg sockets into the deep 15mm pilot holes
- Socket tabs must be pointing towards the sides of the cabinet
- Hammer in the center pegs of the leg sockets to secure them in place
- With a dead blow hammer, pound the leg levelers into each socket
- Twist the bottoms to adjust leg height as needed
Hinge Plates
- Locate the hinge mounting plate holes
- The mounting plate arrows should be pointing toward the front face of the cabinet
- Screw the Blum Cliptop Mounting Plates in place
Door
- Grab the Blum Cliptop 110° Hinges with Blumotion
- Press and snap into place on the door
- Line up the hinges with the mounting plates
- Snap and lock the hinges into place
- Flip the cabinet onto its legs
- Make adjustments as needed using the Blum Cliptop Hinges and Mounting Plates
- Ensure that the doors are level now as we will be using them to level the false drawer front
False Drawer Front
- Use cardboard, business cards, etc. to create an even 1/8” gap across the top and bottom of false drawer front
- Create a 1/16” gap across the left and right of the false drawer front
- Use packaging foam and clamps to hold false drawer front in place
- Set or mark your drill bit for the appropriate depth, and predrill into the false drawer front
- Screw the false drawer front permanently into place
