DRAWER BOX & DRAWER FRONT INSTALL

Flip the cabinet upright and insert the drawer box

  1. CHECK
    • Check that the gap surrounding the drawer box is even and level in relation to the opening
    • Our measurements are 1-1/4″ from the bottom and 1″ on each side. The bottom dimension gets
transferred exactly to the drawer front, but the sides each have a 1/16″ reveal, so we mark them as
      15/16″ on each side.
    • Transfer these measurements to the drawer front, assuring that they are even on each side
    • Remove the drawer and push in the drawer glides
    • Align the drawer box with the measurements on the drawer front
    • Set or mark your drill bit for the appropriate depth, and predrill into the drawer front
    • Fasten the drawer front to the drawer box
  2. LOCK
    • Slide your box onto the glides, until is locks into place
    • To release the box, squeeze the Orange Release Handles simultaneously
  3. ADJUST
    • Use the Orange Release Handles to fine-tune the drawer box positioning
    • Roll to adjust side-to-side
    • Slide to adjust up and down
    • Roll to adjust the depth
    • Rotate to adjust the front tilt
