Base Height Corner Pie Cut Cabinet Assembly

Tools and Materials Needed

Dead Blow Hammer, Impact Driver, Camar Leveling Legs, Camar 15mm Leg Sockets, Blum Cliptop Mounting
Plates, Blum Cliptop 170 Degree Hinges with Blumotion, Blum Cliptop 270 Degree Hinges with Blumotion,
4mm Allen Wrench, Chisel or Flat Head Screwdriver

Screws Needed

8 x 1 ¾ (4×45 / 26mm) Screw with Countersunk Head (Used for Cabinet Box Assembly)

Box Part 1

  1. Using a chisel, notch the edge-banding at the end of the dado in the cabinet top & bottom
  2. Cabinet top, bottom & shelf are made up of two panels
  3. Use a 4mm Allen wrench to fasten the panels together with the pre-inserted Lamello Clamex connector
  4. Make sure these panels are tightened and secure before moving forward
  5. Insert the male Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners into the slots
  6. Snap the top and bottom panels into the front side panel
  7. Check for flush on the front face

Box Part 2

  1. Place the back side panel into the groove
  2. Keep the rabbeted edge facing out
  3. Insert the male Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners into the slots
  4. Snap the top and bottom panels into the front side panel
  5. Check for flush on the front face
  6. Place the back side panel into the groove
  7. Keep the rabbeted edge facing out
  8. Slide the back center panel into the groove
  9. Make sure it’s centered top to bottom

Screwing the box together

  1. Flip the cabinet to face a front side panel up
  2. Fasten the cabinet together with #8 x1¾ 4×45/26mm Screw with Countersunk Head
  3. Follow the pilot holes around each side panel
  4. Flip the cabinet to face the other front side panel up
  5. Fasten the cabinet together with #8 x1¾ 4×45/26mm Screw with Countersunk Head
  6. Follow the pilot holes around each side panel
  7. Flip the cabinet onto its head
  8. Fasten the cabinet together with #8 x1¾ 4×45/26mm Screw with Countersunk Head
  9. Follow the pilot holes around the back panels

Legs

  1. Flip the cabinet on its head
  2. Place leg sockets into the deep 15mm pilot holes
  3. Socket tabs must be pointing toward the sides of the cabinet
  4. NOTE: The 1 shallow hole is for orientation, indicating the front of the bottom panel
  5. Hammer in the center pegs of the leg sockets to secure them in place
  6. With a dead blow hammer, pound the leg levelers into each socket

DOOR & Hinge plate INSTALLATION

  1. Stand the cabinet upright
  2. Using a chisel, notch the edge-banding on the inner door to allow hinges to connect both doors to each other
  3. Line up the hinges with the mounting plates
  4. Snap and lock the Blum Cliptop 170° Hinges with Blumotion hinges into place
  5. Locate the hinge mounting plate holes on the outer door
  6. The mounting plate arrows should be pointing towards the edge of the outer door
  7. Screw the Blum Cliptop Mounting Plates in place
  8. Locate the hinge mounting plate holes on the side panel
  9. The mounting plate arrows should be pointing toward the face of the cabinet
  10. Screw the Blum Cliptop Mounting Plates in place
  11. Line up the hinges with the mounting plates
  12. Snap and lock the Blum Cliptop 270° Hinges with Blumotion hinges into place
  13. Press and snap the Blum Cliptop 170° Hinges with Blumotion onto the cabinet
  14. Press and snap the Blum Cliptop 270° Hinges with Blumotion onto the outer door
