Base Full Height Door Cabinet Assembly

Tools and Materials Needed

Dead Blow Hammer, Impact Driver, Camar Leveling Legs, Camar 15mm Leg Sockets, Blum Cliptop Mounting Plates, Blum Cliptop 110 Degree Hinges with Blumotion

Screws Needed

8 x 1 ¾ (4×45 / 26mm) Screw with Countersunk Head (Used for Cabinet Box Assembly), #6 x ½ Flat Head Wood Screw (Used for installing Camar Legs)

Box Part 1

  1. Lay the end panels on a level surface
  2. TIP: check that all female Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners are level and centered within their slots
  3. Make sure that all top rails and panels are placed with the finished ends facing out
  4. Line up all Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners with the slots
  5. Snap into place
  6. Check for flush on the front face

Box Part 2

  1. Place the back panel into the groove
  2. Keep the rabbeted edge facing out
  3. Set the other side panel on top
  4. TIP: check that all female Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners are level and centered within their slots
  5. Line up all Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners
  6. Snap into place
  7. Check for flush on the front face

Screwing the box together

  1. Fasten the cabinet together with #8 x1¾ 4×45/26mm Screw with Countersunk Head
  2. Follow the pilot holes around the top and bottom of the cabinet sides AND cabinet back

Legs

  1. Flip the cabinet on its head
  2. Place leg sockets into the deep 15mm pilot holes
  3. Socket tabs must be pointing toward the sides of the cabinet
  4. Screw sockets into place with #6 x ½ Flat Head Wood Screws
  5. NOTE: The 1 shallow hole is for orientation, indicating the front of the bottom panel
  6. With a dead blow hammer, pound the leg levelers into each socket
  7. Twist the bottoms to adjust leg height as needed

DOOR INSTALLATION

The Blum Cliptop Mounting Plate screws are included with the hardware

  1. LOCATE
    • Find the pilot holes for the Blum Cliptop Mounting Plates
    • These are offset from the shelf pin holes
  2. FASTEN
    • Fasten the mounting plates in place, with the arrows pointing towards the front face of the cabinet
  3. SNAP
    • Press firmly on the Blum Cliptop Hinges and snap them onto the door
    • Both hinges must be level with the mounting plates, in order to snap into place
  4. LINE UP
    • At the same time, line up both Blum Cliptop Hinges with the Blum Cliptop Mounting Plates
  5. LOCK
    • Place the “hinge bars” into the open slots
    • Press firmly on the back of the hinge to lock into place
  6. ADJUST
    • Use the hinge screws to fine-tune the door positioning
    • Adjust side-to-side
    • Adjust up and down
    • Adjust front-to-back
