Base Sink Cabinet Assembly

Tools and Materials Needed

Dead Blow Hammer, Impact Driver, Camar Leveling Legs, Camar 15mm Leg Sockets, Blum Cliptop Mounting Plates, Blum Cliptop 110 Degree Hinges with Blumotion

Screws Needed

8 x 1 ¾ (4×45 / 26mm) Screw with Countersunk Head (Used for Cabinet Box Assembly), , #8 x 1 ³⁄₁₆ (4×30 / 18mm) Screw with Countersunk Head (Used for Applied End Panels)

Box Part 1

  1. Lay the end panel on a level surface
  2. TIP: check that all female Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners are level and centered within their slots
  3. Insert the male Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners into the slots
  4. Snap into place
  5. Check for flush on the front face

Box Part 2

  1. Place the back panel into the groove
  2. Keep the rabbeted edge facing out
  3. Set the other side panel on top
  4. TIP: check that all female Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners are level and centered within their slots
  5. Line up all Lamello P-14 Tenso fasteners
  6. Snap into place
  7. Check for flush on the front face

Legs

  1. Flip the cabinet onto its head
  2. Place leg sockets into the deep 15mm pilot holes
  3. Socket tabs must be pointing toward the sides of the cabinet
  4. Hammer in the center pegs of the leg sockets to secure them in place
  5. With a dead blow hammer, pound the leg levelers into each socket

Screwing the box together

  1. Flip the cabinet onto its front surface
  2. Fasten the cabinet together with #8 x1¾ 4×45/26mm Screw with Countersunk Head
  3. Follow the pilot holes around the back panel
  4. Stand the cabinet upright
  5. The pre-machined pilot holes
  6. We will need to create new pilot holes to use
  7. Align the top of the front panel with the top of a side panel
  8. Mark 2 new points where your screws will join your side panels to the front panel. You can eyeball this.
  9. Predrill your new pilot holes
  10. Repeat the process on the other side panel
  11. Fasten the cabinet together with #8 x1¾ 4×45/26mm Screw with Countersunk Head
  12. Follow our new pilot holes around each side panel

Hinge Plates

  1. Locate the hinge mounting plate holes on the side panel
  2. The mounting plate arrows should be pointing toward the front face of the cabinet
  3. Screw the Blum Cliptop Mounting Plates in place

Door

  1. Grab the Blum Cliptop 110° Hinges with Blumotion
  2. Press and snap into place on the door
  3. Line up the hinges with the mounting plates
  4. Snap and lock the hinges into place
